manipulating our
beads by filing, carving, punching or applying any other actions that may disturb
the integrity of the beads.

A: In most cases, the products are shipped out of Texas. Occasionally,
they may be shipped out of New Jersey or California.

long does it take to receive the products?
For in stock products,
you should usually receive them within 7 business days if you
choose ground shipping. For back-ordered products, we will inform you
of the estimated shipping time. Your credit card will not be charged in advance for
any back-ordered products before they are shipped to you.

A: Please utilize our on line bead catalog. It is the easiest and most
direct way to view our beads. In order to protect our bead designs, we do
not provide printed bead catalogs.
