Q: Are the beads all hand-made?  Will there be a lot of variations?
A: Yes they are either hand-painted or hand-decorated.  Except collage designs, the variations are minimal.

Q: Where can I find your shows?
A: Please check show schedule on our web site or on our Facebook page.

Q: Can I use your beads to make children's jewelry or children's products?
A: Our beads are not intended to be used for any products for children or pets.

Q: Is there any way I can enlarge the holes on your beads or can I punch new holes on your beads?
A: We do not recommend manipulating our beads by filing, carving, punching or applying any other actions that may disturb the integrity of the beads.

Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: A complete statement of our shipping policy is in our online order form.

Q: Where will your products be shipped out from?
A: In most cases, the products are shipped out of Texas. Occasionally, they may be shipped out of New Jersey or California.

Q: Is it safe to purchase on your web site?
A: Our web site orders are processed through Yahoo!'s secure server.  Yahoo! uses SSL technology to prevent the interception of your data and it also encrypts your credit card number.   If you don't feel comfortable to purchase via the Internet, you can call us or fax us your order.  Our toll free order line is 1-800-737-0668, and our toll free fax number is 1-866-862-8805.

Q: How long does it take to receive the products?
For in stock products, you should usually receive them within 7 business days if you choose ground shipping. For back-ordered products, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time.  Your credit card will not be charged in advance for any back-ordered products before they are shipped to you.

Q: How can I get a copy of your bead catalog?
A: Please utilize our on line bead catalog.  It is the easiest and most direct way to view our beads. In order to protect our bead designs, we do not provide printed bead catalogs.

Q: How do I place a wholesale order?
A: For all wholesale inquiries, please email us at info@luminainspirations.com or  info@2candc.com.  You must have a valid resale tax ID and meet the minimum requirements for wholesale purchases.

Q: How do I place an international order?
A: Currently we do not take international orders through our online store system.  International orders may be placed by contacting us directly through phone, email of fax.
